Before you email

To help us resolve your issue faster, please include:

  • Your Attio workspace name or ID
  • A short description of what you were trying to do
  • What happened instead (any error message shown in Attio or on the invoice record)
  • Approximate time the issue occurred (so we can check logs)

Common issues

QuickBooks connection lost or expired

Open AttiBooks settings in Attio and reconnect QuickBooks. Attio refreshes tokens automatically, but if your QBO admin revoked access you’ll need to authorize again.

Invoice limit reached on Free plan

The Free plan includes 10 invoices per month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited invoices from the pricing section on the homepage.

Invoice created in QBO but not in Attio

Two-way sync is a Pro feature. On the Free plan, AttiBooks writes QBO updates back to Attio, but only for invoices created through AttiBooks.

Field mapping not working

Check AttiBooks settings in Attio and confirm each required QBO field is mapped to a non-empty Attio attribute on the source record.

Cancel or delete your account

You can cancel your Pro subscription from Stripe’s customer portal at any time — reply to any billing email for the link, or email us. To request full deletion of your AttiBooks data, see our Privacy Policy.
