Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 9, 2026

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AttiBooks (“the Service”), a QuickBooks Online invoice integration for Attio CRM, operated at attibooks.com. By installing, accessing, or using AttiBooks, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

AttiBooks is a third-party integration that connects Attio CRM with QuickBooks Online. The Service enables users to create, sync, and manage invoices between the two platforms. AttiBooks is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit (QuickBooks) or Attio.

3. Accounts and Access

To use AttiBooks, you must have active accounts with both Attio and QuickBooks Online. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts and API credentials. You must not share your connection tokens or allow unauthorized access to your integration.

4. Plans and Billing

AttiBooks offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. The Free plan includes up to 10 invoices per month. The Pro plan provides unlimited invoices, two-way sync, and additional features as described on the pricing page.

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Payments are processed in EUR. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data and Privacy

AttiBooks accesses your Attio and QuickBooks data solely to provide the invoice integration service. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than operating the Service.

Data transmitted between Attio, QuickBooks, and AttiBooks is encrypted in transit using TLS. Invoice data, customer names, and financial information are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary for usage tracking (workspace ID and invoice count per month).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API in a way that degrades service for others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission
  • Use the Service to transmit fraudulent or misleading financial information

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

AttiBooks is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all QuickBooks or Attio configurations.

AttiBooks is not a substitute for professional accounting software or advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all invoices created through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AttiBooks and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

AttiBooks relies on third-party services including Attio, QuickBooks Online (Intuit), and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or discontinuation of these third-party services. Changes to their APIs or terms may affect the functionality of AttiBooks.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
